Include your app version, iPhone model, what you were doing, and what happened. Include a screenshot if useful, with unrelated personal information removed. Never send passwords, passkeys, or payment card details.

Privacy and account requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, email us with the subject “ValueDash privacy request.” Use your account email where possible so we can verify ownership. Read the privacy policy.
